Our popular On Demand comedy series is set to debut on YouTube as a web series. All four webisodes of Party Sauce series one will be released next week on YouTube at 4:20 p.m. PST! Every single day starting on June 20th! Starting in July, The Woodcreek Faction channel will relaunch and bring a brand new season of comedy to coincide with our 5 year anniversary on YouTube. Be sure to click subscribe and select “Also email me for each new upload” for faster video delivery.

Party Sauce the series On Demand!

A four episode series of The Woodcreek Faction’s sketch comedy show Party Sauce will be On Demand until May 6th, 2011 courtesy of Stupid Videos. Based on the film festival favorite “Party Sauce” that we created last year. Follow the directions to “The Cutting Edge” section within your On Demand Channel on Comcast, Cox, or Bresnan cable systems. Music by Detritus Feeders (Muletide Perkins & Scott Awesome).

Note: The aspect ratio is 4X3 on Episodes 101 and 103 with black bars. Episodes 102 & 104 are 16X9. Both can be adjusted with flat screen TV settings. This was out of our hands.

The Weekend of the RIFF!

Bunny Skates, Recession Santa, Wrong Tree, Wrong Time hit the screens at the 2010 Rome International Film Festival this weekend. These three shorts will be a part of an block showing at Heritage Hall in Rome, Ga at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 11, 2010.

Before the festival starts, we will be live on the FM airwaves with the Ridge Runners tomorrow around 7:40 am to discuss The Rome International Film Festival, etc. Radio users in NW GA: Tune in to us rocking out at 95.7! Mobile users: The live webcast starts at 7 am. Click here or on the radio tab.

After the festival, Woodcreek’s own Muletide Perkins and his trio will rock the house at the RIFF after party. The fun starts at 10 pm at the 400 Block Bar on Broad Street in Rome, Ga!!!

“Party Sauce” hits Dragon*Con!

“Party Sauce” hits the screens at the Dragon*Con Independent Film Festival in Atlanta, GA on September 3, 2010 at 2:30 p.m. We couldn’t be happier to be an official selection of this film festival.

Thanks to Matthew Foster and his team for including our short film! Our Comedy Block is being shown at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta! Be sure to check it out if you are in Atlanta!

“Party Sauce” to debut at Atlanta Shortsfest 2010 and more!!!

Tonight we are proud to announce the official selection of “Party Sauce” and “Recession Santa” into this year’s Atlanta Shortsfest and Atlanta Underground Film Festival!

At the Atlanta Shortsfest, “Recession Santa” is showing on Friday, August 6th in the Darker Side of Comedy Shorts block at 9PM while “Party Sauce” will debut at the Atlanta Shortfest on Saturday, August 7th at 9PM in the Lighter Side of Comedy Shorts.

Both shorts will be playing at the Atlanta’s historic Plaza Theatre!!! Passes to the Atlanta Shortsfest and all schedule information can be found here.

We will be in town for this festival so get your passes and come see us!

“Sexual Control” on Comedy Central tonight!

Atom TV on Comedy Central is showing our short “Sexual Control” in it’s entirety to close out the show on Tuesday. Episode 303 airs tonight, June 8th at 3:00 am EST/12:00 am PST marking our third appearance on Comedy Central! If you cannot watch it live, be sure to record it for breakfast!

“Powerball” loses but gets Featured!

We officially lost the Georgia Lottery’s “Powerball: Lights, Camera, Action” contest this weekend. Our Powerball entry didn’t even garner one of the four second place prizes.

Even though everyone may be really surprised by this loss, take solace in the fact that YouTube featured our video over the winners. Burn!

Check out our submission in Georgia Lottery’s “Powerball: Lights, Camera, Action” Contest! We came up with the concept and took to the highway near the Alabama state line. We submitted the video on January 22nd as per contest rules. The winner is be announced on or around January 27th. Cross your fingers and toes. Fingers and toes!
